Does cows milk inhibit MMS?

My dog hates it when i put 3 drops of mms and water in a syringe and squirt it in his throat.
However, I put 6 drops in a glass of milk and he drank it all no probs.

Is cows milk suitable to mix with MMS? Does it still work?
It'll be much easier to give my dog if it goes in milk

The following is on page 56 in Jim Humble's latest book:

Food and Drink to Avoid When on an MMS Protocol
● When taking MMS1 or MMS2 avoid alcohol, chocolate, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, caffeinated drinks, tea (black, green and many herbal teas) milk, coconut water, orange juice, tangerine juice or any drinks with added Vitamin C (ascorbic acid).

Then, on page 122:

3. Neutralizing MMS in the Body: Coffee, decaffeinated coffee, caffeinated tea, some herbal teas, milk, alcohol, coconut water, orange juice, tangerine juice and all juices with added Vitamin C or ascorbic acid, will directly neutralize MMS.

When you say you give your dog 3 or 6 drops of MMS, do you mean that literally (3-6 drops of unactivated MMS) or do you mean a 3 or 6 drop dose of MMS1? Either way, 3 or 6 drops seems high for your dog. Or are you referring to the drops recommended for animal use found in Jim's book?
