Hi, I just recently started experimenting with MMS and every time I take it I notice it's like my entire system calms down. For a few years I've been battling with insane food cravings I just couldn't control and when I take MMS it's like I start being able to actually decide for myself what I want to eat and stop thinking about food constantly. It's really really amazing. Just wanted to share this and hear if others have experienced this as well? It's incredible the difference and now I feel hope that I can move forward from this craziness :-D

Had similar reduced cravings after a 3 days fast - don't know if it's related in some way

I had a similar experience long ago, Caroline. Irresistible cravings when I got near places where you could smell hot-dogs. After a couple of days on the MMS the smell of hot-dogs got appalling. Nauseating really.
Carrots, of all things, became my new obsession :)

Archer, I could never fast because I would get bad headaches. Only after some time on the MMS I could fast without risking headache. Interesting that too.

And yes, calmness. Relaxation. Deep good sleep. The feeling of getting clean, and which affects you spiritually. Kind of the opposite of being full of shit.
Highly recommended :)
