It would be very helpful if it's inflamed or infected by bad bacteria. This is particularly a problem for people that spend a lot of time sitting down all day in office chairs, etc.
Good point Archer. Who knows why it's enlarged? Maybe it's a bacterial or viral problem. Maybe a biofilm buildup. It wouldn't hurt to give it a try in my opinion.

Yes I know of men that had problems peeing and also found it uncomfortable to sit down on chairs for long time and didn't realise what the issue was but once they took MMS the sitting down pains went away and being able to pee normally was no longer an issue.
