Random times MMS 1000

Hi all,

Burning question. Can I start the 1000 protocol at random times as long as it is every hour for 8 hours? Asking because I work different shifts. Sometimes from 12.00 till 20.00 and other weeks take mms betweein 9.00 and 16.00.

Sure, that works. The idea of consecutive hourly dosing seems to be effective. Do as many hours as possible.

I've been dosing 2 dogs and myself at random times of the day for 8 hours. Sometimes start 4 a.m. finish 11 a.m.,
sometimes start 2pm finish 8pm depending on what other event I have going on. Seems to be fine
