I'm suffering from testicular cancer
Could you guys help me which protocol I should start to get rid of cancer

Get Jim Humble's latest book MMS Health Recovery Guidebook and follow the HRP. In addition to ingesting MMS, I suggest to follow Protocol 3000 (page 95) spraying the affected area. In my opinion full strength CDS would be best for that protocol. Work up to full strength and add DMSO on top of the CDS spray. Enemas would also be good. When you buy MMS be sure to get 4% HCL and not 50% citric acid MMS activator. Let us know your progress. Thanks.
