Cataracts are not mentioned in his book. You could look for cataract testimonials by searching this forum and the testimonials website. I tried alternate methods to eliminate cataracts in my eyes, but they did not work. Finally had the cataract operations and that worked very well.

wat Offline New Member Posts: 12 Thank you received: 4	The whole country of India uses cineraria maritima for cataracts. I have them also, am 74. They helped some, then I ran out. BUT one thing that really helps is Selenium AND CUTTING OUT MILK PRODUCTS - lactose. Yes, I was having big cheese quesadillas, yogurt every night. But eliminating those for ONE DAY helped. More days much better, no big blurry spot in left eye during day when driving.
