Just began MMS a couple of weeks back. Am on Protocol 1000 and only using 2 drops ever hour for the 8 hrs.. Have increased/decreased and am listening to my body and what it can handle. I have also introduced enemas, did one a day over the weekend (3 days). Increased slowly to 15 drops in 1 qt water. I have had issues with EBV and probably Lyme that has challenged liver and gut, including SIBO. According to the Medica Medium, Anthony William, SIBO is due to strep in the gut and the whole alimentary canal which resonates with me. I had strep a lot as a kid. That said, I have been dealing with a fair amt of bloating, mostly at night. I was exposed to mold, I'm a weird halotype that doesn't have the genes to process mycotoxins and had been on a yr long protocol with binders to get it out of my body with success. Just to be sure, I have been using activated coconut charcoal and GI Detox to bind anything that still might be lurking. My guess is that bloating is due to die off, maybe candida/parasites, viruses and bacteria. Wondering if there are other suggestions that might be helpful or if anyone has had this challenge (I am prone to bloating with the gut issues anyway, just seems to be a bit worse). Have folks healed their gut issues on MMS?? Also, am using the Hydrocholoric Acid as instructed. I get that this is a marathon and not a sprint. TIA, Susan

From what I understand MMS could help heal infections in the gut. But not prevent these same infections to re-appear when MMS is discontinued.
In my experience it is gut flora in good shape that prevents gut issues. Bad flora causes all kinds of gut issues.
MMS is no probiotic so to speak. Sauerkraut is.
Thank you. Yes. I know I will have to continue to work on my gut in terms of good bacteria. My hope is, at the least, with the use of oral MMS and enemas, it would kill off bad bacteria so I could then start rebuilding.

Have the intestines cleaned out is essential for health. Not only to avoid bloating, but also improving nutritional uptake and limit the toxins expelled by harmful bacteria. I'm not quite sure how to go about the rebuilding of beneficial flora. Some estimate there are 800 different strains of beneficial bacteria and yeasts in well functioning intestines. Just sauerkraut and other fermented foods may not be sufficient to replace them all.
What I do know is that daily intake of fermented food and drink is a cleanse by itself. Especially when combined with dropping all food that is known to cause intestinal imbalances.
The following is not for getting anyone off the MMS, but it may be a more effective intestinal cleanse :
So far I've only purchased STS and been planning to do this 1 month detox program. The comment section below the video provides a good deal of confirmation of it to work unlike anything else.
It has to be combined with daily intake of fermented foods, minerals and vitamins. Because it's supposed to take out absolutely everything, including any plaque build-up and parasites in both large and small intestines.
It also appears to dissolve calcification of soft tissue.
Thank you for this, I will look into it. Thus far, the MMS seems to be working. I have been told that my digestive system has been full of Epstein Barr Virus and strep. At the least, I am removing a ton of parasites!

Just for the record..
Beneficial lactic acid bacteria appear to generate hydrogen peroxide.
This may be part of the explanation of how fermented food and drink can help correct intestinal issues/infections. My belly never felt that good as when I had nothing else to eat than sauerkraut for several days. Some diarrhea and headache were part of this "diet" and which I later figured to have been Herx (detox reaction).
