Hi,

I drank green tea and coffee after 1 hours from
Mms (protocol 1000) i had a severe headache and speedy heart rate , mmm not a good feeling,
Just if anybody was wondering abt caffeine and mms, as well green tea is full of anti-oxidants.

Samer, if you don't drink coffee and tea, and you still take MMS1, do you get headaches & a fast heartbeat? If you don't get those problems, then I would say drinking coffee and tea may not be good for you. And yes, both contain antioxidants which will reduce CLO2 in MMS1.
