sickle cell treatment with mms

i need to know if mms can cure sickle cell disease

I doubt it, but I'm sure most people have a range of problems the body is simply trying to cope with that if you can help those problems it gives the body more chance to fix other problems. But as far as I know Sickle cell disease is inherited and I don't read too much about MMS and inherited diseases.
