Hi All,

I have watched a lot of the youtube vids and read the wiki on protocols etc but still a bit confused about certain points and would really appreciate some help please.

The hourly dosage makes great sense but I would much prefer to make up a bottle at night and take my first dose first thing in the morning without having to prepare it then because I get a lot of brain fog and am very groggy in the morning and it lasts for several hours. Also it may be difficult to be preparing the mix hourly during the day hence the bottle protocol would also be useful for that.

Questions:

1) If I combine the starting procedure with the bottle protocol will still be effective ? I can live with it being slightly less effective.

2) Is it essential to use DMSO with the bottle protocol ?

3) How long before and after food can a dose be taken ?

Thank you for your help.

All of your questions are answered in Jim Humble's latest book .

The starting procedure only lasts five days and the dosing changes three times (four different dosing amounts). You could make up an all-day bottle the night before if necessary.

DMSO is introduced in Protocol 1000 Plus and you would continue using it when following the Health Recovery Plan (HRP) as outlined in Jim's book. DMSO makes MMS more effective.

You can eat small amounts of food midway between MMS doses.

Thanks clo2. I guess the bottle protocol method is slightly less effective otherwise we would not be recommended to make a new batch for every dose ?

If you are using MMS1, it is reported to be more effective if doses are made hourly.

If you are using CDH or CDS, then an all-day bottle (without added DMSO) is fine.

There are some who say that MMS1 is more effective than CDH or CDS, but many people have successfully restored their health using CDH and CDS. Both CDH and CDS are new compared to the 20 years that MMS1 has been used, so we have less data from users of CDH and CDS.

I believe the difference between MMS1 & 2 is that the former is a 22% solution and the latter capsule format ?

Thing is I was recently given a bottle of MMS by a friend who never used it and it has NaClO2 28% written on it but it doesn't say anywhere who is the producer of solution so I can't follow up with them.

MMS1 and MMS2 are different chemicals. See Jim's books for the details.

The bottle of MMS sodium chlorite solution you have may be usable if it is less than 5 years old. If you have an acid activator or some fresh lemon juice, you can make a 3 drop MMS1 dose and notice the color after it is activated for 30 seconds. Again, refer to Jim's books for details.

Regarding DMSO, does it matter what the source is ? I bought this one www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00DEZ0THM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 but have only just read this "We don't assume any liability for using DMSO for medical purposes. ", it is 99.9% pure.

Looks like nice clean DMSO at 99.9% purity.

The only thing not stated is if it is diluted with distilled water or not. You can email them and ask if it is 100% undiluted.

Depending on which protocol you are using, you may want to dilute some of the DMSO to 70% and/or 50%. You can make up some small bottles that are diluted. Be sure to label the bottles!
