I agree, but that's still one hell of a Herxheimer reaction.
It really looks like a late-stage Lyme disease, including the diabetes.
So MMS is still the best solution but you have to tread veeery lightly in order not to clog your liver with all the dead germs, and be awfully patient. Some people have to wait more than six months of continued treatment before feeling marginally better, and some are so used to suffering they might not even notice the change (yes, positive thinking can help tremendously). My advice would be to hold a journal, record the daily dosage, the symptoms and their strength, it can really help you see it work in the long run.
To counter the Herxheimer you can use a variety of techniques, but in a nutshell: heat is your friend, sweat is your friend, so hot baths with Epsom salts can help, along with anything that drains the liver and gall bladder (lemons, black radish, etc...)
