Hi and thanks for the info. Yes, starting with 3 drops was probably not a good idea, as you found out.

70/30 DMSO sounds good. 100% is usually too strong. Headaches seem normal as a form of Herx I believe. I am on an intestinal cleanse now and getting some headaches which I rarely have. You could also experience tiredness during the protocol. Sleep is healing.

Yes, you can use 4% HCL to make MMS1 with P1000, P1000+ and P2000.

Since you have MMS and HCL it is easy to make CDS using the overnight methods. If you have 4% HCL and want to make CDS, use 2:1 4% HCL to MMS ratio.

The dosing for CDS and CDH has been wrongly stated, I am afraid. For ingestion, not external use, to equate a 3 drop MMS1 dose you will need 3ml of 3000ppm CDH, 6ml of CDH2 or 6ml of 3000ppm CDS. See this post for more info.

CDS it is fully activated so P115 is good to use because CDS may irritate your throat with large doses. Using small doses more often gets the CLO2 inside without throat irritation.

Try starting again MMS1 tomorrow with 1 drop/hour for the day and see how it goes for you.
