To put everyone to rest about Mr. Janoka, here is a word from Daniel Smith on who he is: Daniel: Hi Richard Janoka offered to accept payments on behalf the Smith Family Donation Fund in 2012 (because our accounts were impacted by the seizures). All of the payments to that accounts are forwarded to the Smith Family. Mr. Janoka is a class act human being that would never defraud anyone. The allegations in that video are more propaganda. Mr. Janoka was formerly employed by a software company and because of his loyal nature, he took a hit from the government that was aimed originally at his employer - he was eventually exonerated and he left the company. I can assure you that if you met Rich, and I'd be happy to introduce you, you would see real quickly that he is a rare gem of a man.

do you know if he [ daniel ] filed a countersuit?

if he did not, it maybe too late to do that, but he can still file a separate suit. for fraud, slander defamation, false arrest...whatever [ percy smeiser[sp?] the Canadian farmer sued by monsanto, countersued and won his case!! hooray for fighting back ]

folks who get blindsided who know little if anything about the law, should take note, especially anything so unjust, deserves a countersuit to the original claim and done as soon as possible. details on that can be found by asking around at the counter at your local courthouse.

if anyone can pass it on, the info may be appreciated at the other end.

I recently came upon MMS and FGHP therapy at the same time. And NOW more recently, I stumbled into old therapies, like turpentine!
