I did a bit research the last days about the N/D problem
Look at this

from 53. minute.
With other words your system get flooded with toxines after taking MMS.
Not sure if he says that in the video. It is very important to you to take zeolite or charcoal and or chorella exact half an hour after the MMS to bind the toxins. Otherwise the toxines get reabsorbed in the blood.
@ Truth... The ClO2 doesn`t get absorbed by the charcoal/zeolite/chlorella with the right timing.

Update: I followed the instructions for making a single bottle batch of CDH (very good instructions by the way!) I have taken 3 ml for 8 hours per day (9 doses) for the last 4 days and as of yet have not encountered any nausea or diarrhea. I was unable to accomplish this with the standard mms method. I'm not sure if it was unactivated mms or what that caused my n/d, but so far this hasn't occurred with CDH. it's looking very promising so far.

Also, one thing I've noticed is that for some time now I've had a"thick" throat - by that I mean I caught a cold in early February and had that throat thickening feeling and it never went away. But over the past few days it has really started to break up to the point that I'm almost able to expel it. I'm sure it's related to the protocol treatment.

I'm going to give myself some time on the 3 ml per hour dose before I try to up the dose amount. This is protocol 1000. I want to do protocol 2000 as I have both HIV and cancer but I'm going to ease into it based upon my history of n/d.

Update: I continue to use CDH successfully. It bothered my throat for a while, but I wonder if it was going after the remnants of my cold - I still had the "thick throat" but that has improved. The only thing I"m bothered by is taste and smell. I do not use stevia as it isn't horrible, and I do my best to breathe in while drinking the solution. It helps to have room temp water, not cold water.

I have worked up to 5 ml per hour for the roughly 9 doses per day. That is also an improvement. I edged towards diarrhea one day but that is all. I'm cautiously upping the dose - I don't want to run into the dreaded N/D wall!!!

I am also on my 3rd day of having added MMS2! I never got to this point before. I found a small set of spoons at Bed Bath Beyond that have sizes ranging from drop to pinch to smidgeon, etc. The drop is the smallest and is what I have used for days 1 thru 3. I use O size capsules and the drop fits right into it. Easy to make! Also, I bought a small funnel for when I use more MMS2 - makes adding to the capsuls very easy.

I created a nice Word doc for tracking my drops and capsuls - I'll try to post it in case others could benefit from using it. It prints 9 days worth of grids onto a sheet. I fold it in 3rds both directions and it fits easily into my pocket!
