I'm not sure what list you are referring to.
I just eat a "normal" (strict) vegetarian diet, mostly vegan.
I try to eat McVegan, which I talk about on my website.
I generally don't eat breakfast, so I start dosing at 11:00 am,
eat lunch at 12:30 or 1:30 pm, and then dinner an hour after
the 8-hour dosing period. (about 7:00 pm)
As a Dietary Lifestyle, McVegan is the most healthful way a human animal can eat.
It promotes health in and of itself, which helps with all illness.
