How can I penetrate my neck better? I am tempted to get a syringe and squirt mms into my neck. I cannot get the neck pain to go away. My neck is so tight and there are knots around my shoulders and upper back. I am guessing now that it might not be a virus and is probably a severe magnesium deficiency. Is there a test for this?

No all your pains are cause by virus or bacteria, I put myself in a very difficult job and my body suffer the toll. Three month with a chiropractor and massages help me put my body back on tract. MMS is excellent, but sometimes our problems are not related to pathogens or heavy metals. Is just muscle that are affected by our bad actions or bad posture.

That is probably my case since I am very stressed out homeschooling right now with an infant and a possible expat move to Norway for my husband's job. I think I will try to get some help with everyday things and get that book Jim recommends by Pete Egoscue. I know my posture is horrible because after four pregnancies pretty much back to back I have not worked to build up my core and I slouch really bad when I sit.

My neck has healed nicely. It was when I put the activated mms and dmso that I got the burning, itching and flaking. I go to a chiropractor once a week and the adjustment last for about a day. I have a spot I can literally point to where the inflammation is and it comes and goes. I will have a period of intense pain and then take mms or my antioxidant regimen (msm, iodine, mag chlor (oral and transdermal), vitamin c sodium ascorbate) and get this period of no pain and almost a euphoria of feeling great then the pain comes back. I am not sure what path to take since I have gotten the same results with both plans. If it is posture wouldn't it be constant since the nerves would be damaged or am I healing them a little bit then reinjuring it again by my bad posture. See, I don't know and that is why I am frustrated. Also, I think I mentioned somewhere else on the forum that I am going through jaw expansion therapy since I had extraction orthodontics when I was twelve where they removed four permanent bicuspids and now I have had an expander for two years and now braces to get those spaces back to put in zirconia implants to replace the teeth. Geez Louiz! So, between parasites, jaw expansion, stress, poor posture, virus, bacteria, I don't know what is causing my pain in the neck which is causing my fatigue and poor sleeping.

Jaw expansion?! homeschooling?! etc.....

But I want to say - that slouching can really be a problem. I was slouching when I sat at the computer, and I was in awful back pain, then I went on a month vacation and had a new lifestyle....it didn't take but a week and all my pain was gone, so I knew it was the way I sat at the computer. I came home, bought a new chair and constantly remind myself to sit up tall... and by golly I haven't had anymore back aches.

Funny, we always know what is wrong with us, but sometimes it takes a kick in the butt to get us to sit up straight! You think it hurts now, just wait, if you keep this up, you will really hurt down the road. The nerves aren't damaged. I hear that vitamin c is a pain killer.

You look Norwegian, and you will love it there......it is the most beautiful country and not as cold as we would think as the ocean tides keep it warm. The people there have been voted the happiest in the world, maybe you'll catch it! Although a move with 4 kids sounds awful....4 kids???!!!!

I am glad to hear it wasn't mms straight that burned your neck.
good luck, quit slouching and take birth control....

Can you do a test for me, can you stop your antioxidant for a week and use only MMS, Six drops then another 6 drops after one hours for a week before going bed. I believe you are killing the MMS effect with so many thing at the same times. Four Kids, lord I have two and they drain my energies, imagine 4. Also Jaw problems are normally reflected in the neck and the head. Any good maxillofacial dentist will tell you that. But is time to let MMS work without interference. DMSO is excellent but also kill MMS.

I actually have had success in the past few days upping my MSM supplement (organic sulfur). I have just been doing mms baths and maintenance doses. I think my body is ready for nutrients. I now just have a little stiffness in my neck but not the intense pain. I now think it has been the Epstein barr virus I had been diagnosed with in college.

From long experience with this kind of difficulty in many people, I found all of them responded well and were surprised by their response to: Vit D3.

People with night cramps in calves and feet, people with problem skin, with bone density problems... all initially thought 'calcium deficiency,' then after further education thought 'low in magnesium...' then found out vitamin D3 is necessary for all of the above to do anything at all in the body, including building bone. One dose before bed and I personally was free of all the cramping I'd experienced. Women have found their dexa-scans suddenly showing increased density where all the other conventional & alternative medicaments failed.

The world is being chemtrailed to mush, resulting in global dimming of the sun. D3! I use Carlsson or Thorne Research or any old 1 drop=2000 i.u. formulation so long as it contains just that.

Good luck, postmarkedheaven! :-)

postmarkedheaven,

D3 helped me so much with all over body pains and I use magnesium for relief from charlie horse cramps and contractures. I try to get updated blood work for both the D and mag because my levels drop frequently as some peoples do. Guessing the dosages one needs can be surprisingly ineffective. Some people need very high doses of D initially to get up to a good level.
Of course posture matters a great deal as you mentioned and either a chiro doc or advanced rolfer can be of great benefit.

gjplaceres,
I am very surprised to hear that DMSO neutralizes MMS! I have given my father MMS1 and DMSO for 5 weeks now 10 times a day on the hour. Should he stop taking the DMSO now and just continue with the MMS1 and MMS2? I am confused!
