Hi GJ,

Thanks for your response, you're right when you said E.coli is really difficult to kill aside from having anaerobic and aerobic characteristics, I also read it has biofilms which makes it sticky and hang on like crazy. I will try claras and see if it will work for me. I've had this for a long time and MMS is my hope. :)

MMS is really good at tearing down biofilms - if anyone wants to see this for themselves simply gargle with plain water and spit out the contents into a clear glass, then try the same with MMS and you'll see so much more come out as it removes the biofilms in the mouth and cheeks.

There was a very good video about using MMS to treat Lyme disease and in the end of the video they show it's MMS's ability to break down biofilms which allows it to attack Lyme bacteria when antibiotics fail.

I'd also suggest you start on probiotics and can even use them as a douche

Probiotic is very, very important when you are in MMS. You need to replace the bad bacteria with the good one. I see a big change in my body and my bally after add the probiotic to my protocols. I use 100 million from GNC. Are very expensive but work very good.

A much cheaper way to get probiotics is water kefir, milk kefir, kombucha, beet kvass, kimchi, or any other fermented food or drink. This is a good website to buy them if you can't find someone to give you some of their culture.

Thanks for all the replies, I just read that one must take MMS1 for 3 weeks straight and rest for two weeks then one can go on to another 3weeks again,, is that right? Is it necessary to stop mms for two weeks?
Wouldn't that give bacteria time to proliferate?

Thanks

As I know you should continue if you don't have yet kill the problem. The three week is the standard, but if you don't get cure in three week you can continue until get well. But you are in control of your health. If you want to stop and restart later you can. But keep in mind that you should not stop MMS completely, the maintenance drops take place when you are not doing the protocol. Also add to your daily intake Sea water and Probiotic.

BTW How do you feel?

Jim's instructions are:

"I now recommend no more than 3-drop doses for many
diseases but on an hourly basis at least 8 hours a day
for either 3 weeks or until well, which is usually less than 3
weeks. See Protocol 1000"

I recommend getting his latest book (The Master Mineral of the Third Millennium)
in digital form. You then can do "searches" for specific information.
