babidy I am so glad you posted again, I have been wondering how you were doing.

The MMS helped me while I was dosing every hour. But when I went on the 6 drop a day maintenance, I was having some problems again. I, like you, do NOT want to become laxative dependent, so I ONLY take natural things, Drinking prune juice (I like to heat it, seems to work even better warm).

I have also found something else that I take now to be sure I stay regular - also helps with digestion of your foods, has enzymes in it. It is from a company called TRUE HEALTH - it is called - Dr. Cutlers Ultimate Colon Care Formula - supports healthy bowel function. You only need to take 1 or 2 caps a day to keep you normal. . I take 1 capsule 2 x's a day and it works REALLY good and it is all natural. So you'd not have to worry about becoming dependent.. My husband uses it too, but he only takes 1 capsule a day, so like all things, your body will let you know what you need.

Jim also recommends the enema with MMS. That would help with your constipation and would also help you get more MMS into your body without drinking it. with MMS: Like douche, whatever dose you’re taking orally, you can put in enema. Most use 4-6 AC drops, can go as high as 20, but work slowly up to this – start out with 2 AC drops. IF CDS OR CDH – 3 drops mms = 1 ml/cc Of CDS or CDH

I wouldn't put anymore strain on your colon by trying to wait 2 weeks - go ahead and try the above first, and while you are taking the MMS in its hourly doses. You can cause more problems by keeping your colon clogged up.
