I use GelCaps # 0. Fill the short part and close it. Again you need to start slow without making you sick. So I recommend start with one pill if that does not give you Nausea or Diarrhea take another after couple of hours give time to the body to react to the pill and adjust correctly. On April 15 will be Full Moon, will be good to start the day before. I got a quick diarrhea last time on Full Moon but I over do it. So do it slow and constant.
