MMS2 for Enema?

Only fill the short part of the gelcap # 0 that will give you the half dose that is the new practice.

I only take it once a day and I do fill the large part of the capsule.
So you think it is to much? and why?

I'm not the person that change protocols. I'm assuming they changed because got some input from people that used and find out that half of # 0 caps was better to take 5 times a day that is the protocol for people with cancer. I personally try it full caps last month and ended with a white diarrhea so is so strong to be handle by a sick person. Also the rule is do it slow without make you sicker.

Also keep in mind that there so many Trademark of Calcium Hypochlorite with different percents. For example my first try was with a 58% and I took full caps and never experience any problem. I try 73% full caps and was a completely different reactions. So it depend on the concentration of your bag. But to be safe, use half caps as the protocol suggest.

CDS enema
For delivery, a bulb can be used. Very easy and fast to do. CDS is less harsh than MMS but still packs a good punch. I currently started with doing these CDS bulbs 4 times a day. I was thinking to try and do the CDS IV. But why? The uptake might be even greater when doing it with a bulb? Plus, much easier and safer in my mind.

I'll rapport back with what this does.
