My activated MMS (w/ 50% citric acid) is lemon yellow. On page 61 of J Humble's book, MMS of the third Millenium, under "Step 2", he indicates it should be dark brown.

Is there a problem with either my 28% sodium chlorite or 50% citric acid?

No, maybe not.
I find that sometimes MMS is darker than at other times.
However to test your solution/s you could perform this test
activate 4 drops MMS with 3 drops CA.
Activate 3 drops MMS with 4 drops CA.
If the first one goes brown then the MMS mix is weak.
If the second one goes more brown, the citric is weak.
If you find one of your solutions is weak, you can add more of one to compensate.

Hi Chloe... thats interesting... actually mine is more amber in colour however, I was thinking possibly my drops seem to be 2 different sizes... then I thought no, they guy wouldn't send it to me if that were so... I guess unknowingly one could. My bottle tops are different, one has the spout you flip up and the other you flip the lid.... the citrate looks like smaller drops on mine... possibly this may be whats happening with yours. Do your drops look to be the same size.... just a thought.
Anyway what Rev Ray says makes sense after the test use an extra drop of the weaker one.... guess that would work for mine too if what I think is a smaller drop.
So happy you asked the question.... there is so much to learn here!
Happy Healing!

Chloe, Shedowser - I have found that the original bottles that I bought from one supplier, I had to squeeze the bottle to get the drops.

Then I got my next batch from a different supplier, all I had to do was to tip my plastic bottle on its end the drop came out. If I looked at them very closer, I believe they were the same size.

From what I understand, as long as you put 1 drop of 50 % activator to each drop of MMS - you will be fine. If you are really concerned, you can go to a pharmacy and buy one of their glass eye droppers and use that and all your drops would be the same.

If I remember correctly Keavys corner will also sell the glass eye droppers and if you buy the kit from him in glass bottles, he sends the glass droppers anyway.

Mine have always been yellow, no matter which supplier I bought them from.. I'm not positive, but I think I read somewhere on the forum that going to brown has to be how long, etc you activate.
The other guys will have to answer that.

Be blessed "Glenda" B)

The older bottles had a larger tip, so you would have 17 drops per ML, as an example - also, depending on the way the bottle was tipped, sometimes you'd get 1 drop, sometimes 2 drops, sometimes a stream. The newer white accutip bottles give a more consistent drop size.

And, if you use glass droppers, it would be best not to use the dropper as a cap for the bottle of SC as the vapors will soon destroy the "rubber" bulb. Use a cap without the glass dropper.
