not sure if this is right answer or not - but that's the reason that I did the MMS, I wasn't sick - just wanted to be sure I would stay healthy. To me removing all the pathogens in my body was doing a cleanse.

Thank you for your responses. A reply button just appeared on my end so that I can reply to your responses. I have used another cleanse program in the past which works very well in excreting mucoid plaque from the intestines and colon: Dr. Richard Anderson's "Arise and Shine" program which you can access through www.ariseandshine.com. It's intense as MMS is, and I felt wonderful afterwards. Dr. Anderson asserts that the average middle aged adult has about 100 feet of mucoid plaque in the eliminatory organs, and after years of experimentation on himself has found that Aztec Clay, as JH calls it, or Bentonite along with his other herbals pulls this out of your system, but not all at once. A 28 day cleanse for me yielded about 27 feet. I was amazed at what I excreted. I haven't noticed any mucoid plaque excretions on MMS and am wondering how MMS helps to cleanse the intestines and colon.
