Hi All,
I am new here and learning about MMS. For the past 8 months I have been working to get my body up and running again. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, candida, metal toxicity (especially mercury) high estrogen levels, low progesterone, etc. I am working with a great naturpath and great functional medicine doctor here in NYC. I am on several supplements, as well as a hormone replacement for Thyroid called Cytomel, and Cortef for adrenal fatigue. These are the only two prescription meds I'm on, the rest are very clean supplements, and I follow a very clean diet to try and seal/heal my gut lining - I'm currently doing the GAPS diet plan and having some success with it. I am having my mercury fillings removed in a few weeks. After they are removed I'll have to go through a chelation process to remove the metals from my system. This is how I came to MMS, and it looks as if it could help me out with several of the issues I've been dealing with. I'm hoping there are some members on the site who have dealt with some (or all) of the above issues, as they usually go hand in hand. Any helpful feedback welcome.
Thanks

Hi Julia 1973,

MMS should take care of the heavy metals and candida. A book written by Andreas Moritz called The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush, might benefit you. It might help you clear up some of the other problems you have and give you insight into your medical problems. The liver flush procedure is different from other flushes and makes more sense to me. Worth a good try. Good Luck with everything :>)

I concur with Larry, that once understood the functions of gall and liver really makes a difference in our health when maintained and cared for. This means diet, environment and more.
So, I found this article extremely helpful
www.sensiblehealth.com/Journey.xhtml
where using Chinese tinctures to soften and release the stones is important
www.sensiblehealth.com/Products-4pack.xhtml¤cy=cdn
however many also use and recommend Gerson method. Gerson.com recommends the same tincture procedure listed above when a person is unable to hold an enema.
I am currently asking users of Gerson for feedback, however as you indicate signs of liver stress, you may also require softeners for flushing.

Thanks to both of you for your responses. Does MMS help with liver detox? again, I'm wanting to try it after I get my mercury fillings out to rid myself of heavy metals and the associated candida.
Thanks,
Julia

Yesterday I had my sources mixed up. Today I don't think Gerson recommends the tincture method, my bad. Trying to determine if tincture method is best or Gerson or a combo.
Yes MMS will detox heavy metals pesticides herbicides mold fungus bacteria virus and more but I do not believe (at this point of my understanding) that MMS will drop stones and therefore a secondary approach must be considered.
So, for me, what I think, is MMS as much and as long as possible to detox and purify system to remedy ones situation followed by tincture softening and then Gerson method though tincture method may well be enough to correct stone accumulation issue.

It is interesting to note that many who feel they have neck back or shoulder issues are actually dealing with a congested liver and likely a stuffed full of stones gall bladder.

Another option might be rompepiedras, also known as "stonebreaker." -

MMS1 and 2 should not interfere with the silicone implants - BTW, there is a "lifetime" for implants - they don't last forever. I had them for a period of time and had them removed after about 5 years, and at that time, my surgeon said that they were noticeably thinning. You may be hitting the end of the lifetime for your implants - might be good to check. Would hate to have something happen and you think it was the MMS when it was just the natural process for implants.

Hi
Can anybody clarify to me once and for all if it is safe to take mms while having a leaky gut.
I dont know how severe my condition is, I have not had any real changes when on diet ( a strict one) and for the last month gone down a self sabotage diet path.
Another thing, I really like the idea of the mms tablets, but do they dissovle as good as liquid and are they just as efficient?
My inner feeling is to start with mms.
Thank you.
