Hi everyone,

from what I read about what to eat (and not to eat) while on MMS...I have decided not to eat anything for the first 9 hours after I wake up (while taking MMS, protocol 1000). It is little brutal approach but I want to get the most out of MMS and not dis-activate it with any food. I start to eat about 3-4pm (started MMS yesterday, so let's see for how long the fasting is going to last). :) If you have any other ideas or advises, please feel free to let me know. Thank you, Lucia

Lucia, it is not necessary to fast when taking MMS. Just stay away from Vitamin-C and foods high in vitamin-C like oranges. Also, no antioxidants like chocolate, coffee, etc until 1 hour after the last dose of the day. Try to eat on the half hour. No protocol says to fast, but if you want to, go for it.
