Hi, I am starting with MMS tomorrow - Nov 1st and I will start with one drop ov MMS with 1 drop of 50% citric acid. Question ! What is the diet like for next 4 weeks ? I eat super healthy, fresh squeezed juices every morning...broccoli, kale, beets, lemons, ginger. Can this dis-activate the solution ? Also I drink 2 liters of green tea and fresh ginger tea during the day. Is that a problem ? I have a thyroid problems they found 5 cysts on my glens, so wanna try MMS as my doctor wants to schedule me in January for surgery which I will do anything to avoid. I also take hormonal pill every morning. Can I continue taking the pill while on MMS ? I am thinking of taking the hormonal pill 2-3 hours before I take the first doze of MMS. Thank you for any advices, I highly appreciate it. Also, can I exercise yoga every evening ? I hope I won't feel too sick to stop exercise !! :(
Thank you. Lucia

I read and also experienced not to eat any oj or tomatos and stay away from nuts caffeine just keep away form any anti oxidants which kills mms. Other than that you can eat anything.

In my use of it (MMS) I find that consumption of sugar feeds viruses. And I've looked in the the store and every thing has sugar in it. So eliminating sugar altogether is impossible. The only thing you can do is keep your consupstion of sugar low as you can. And treat it as a Treat ... as it should be

In my believes a knowledge of MMS it kills any that is not you in it path. So it will help with your cysts but in my opinion and from what I seen it works very slowly and will take time to remove them from your body.

Bereska - MMS is an oxidant - it works by oxidizing the pathogens. If you have a "healthy diet" that contains a lot of what I call "concentrated" antioxidants (supplements, juices, coffee, tee, etc.), you will potential weaken the MMS as it (the oxidizer) and the antioxidants clash - thus preventing the MMS from working on the pathogens. Jim Humble has stated that naturally occurring antioxidants in whole foods are fine to take during the dosing period. Concentrated (supplements, teas, coffees, etc.) should be 2 hours after your last dose of MMS for the day.

Yes, herbal teas can again be sources of high antioxidants. Take them 2 hrs after your last dose of MMS for the day. Hormonal pill should not be a conflict with MMS -

And I agree with MMSUser - sugar in all forms (except that found naturally occurring in whole fruits and vegetables) are problematic.

Hi Bekeska,

2 days ago we saw a movie called: Forks over Knives. It is very important to eliminate all form of dairy and meat. Being a meat eater myself, this movie convinced me of stopping with meat and milk product.
A wonderful sentence in the movie is

- Let food be thy medicine. (Hippocrates)

One to wach, everybody!

Thank you everyone for your advises ! Big help. Will keep you posted. Yesterday I started with one drop every hour for 8 hours and today did 2 drops every hour for 8 hours - all ok, had no problem, felt great and did my yoga classes ! :) Will stay on 2 drops until Monday and Tuesday will start taking 3 drops. What about white wine in the evening ? Not the whole bottle, just a glass or two ! :) Is that ok or should I stay away from that too ?! Wine is not a antioxidant (I hope) !? :)
Thank again.
