If you go down through the posts on the Recent topics page, you'll find information re: the PAMMS protocol - it is pre-activated MMS (where the activation is done outside the stomach) - personally, I would probably not do the CDS for Lymes - I don't know that it won't work, but I do note that it was not successful with malaria - Others might have different experiences with CDS - I would just think you would want to go with the strongest treatment, Arrow.
I know of a couple of moms who have combined MMS wtih a parasite protocol and were quite successful at eradicating Lymes. They do start with the baby bottle method of treatment, where they get 1/8 of a drop an hour - going up very low and slow.
The IV treatment is not mentioned in Jim's current book, but was mentioned in the online version of the teacher training - I think the notes can be found here on site. He has stated "Use the IV in case of emergency when the person cannot take anything into the body at all." and that "We’ve had much better results from the protocol 1000, so I didn’t think there was much of a point to continue with the IV’s."
