Is this normal?

Hello again,
My wife and I have been drinking cds for about 2 weeks now and I have noticed that we have had the sniffles and sneezes and a general yucky feeling. She has had diarrhea off and on but it doesn't coincide with the doses. I on the other hand have not. Working my wife up to a maintenance schedule is slow as well... if I push it too hard she will not be a happy camper. She understands the how and why but still, I have to take baby steps with her so at this time she is only taking cds in the morning. I on the other hand have been drinking 6 to 9 drops diluted in water through out the day (Graduated up to MMS 1 this morning). So I have 2 questions actually. Is the sniffles and sneezes normal and how soon after can my wife have her morning coffee? Thank you again for your guidance.

I'm kind of new here but I see you haven't received an answer. Your wife sounds exactly like mine. If she just takes it once a day, she should wait 2 hours before having any coffee or other antioxidants. Maybe she could take it in the evening.

I've been on protocol 1000 for several weeks and it causes me to cough up phlegm every day; that may be similar to your sniffles. I think it's getting out something that shouldn't be in my lungs.
