Hi everyone! What an amazing group of folks you all are~ I am so thankful to have stumbled on to Jim Humble and the church.

I believe very much in the power of healing herbs and the plants God has given us to heal our bodies with. I myself do not have health insurance there for have not even seen a Doctor since my last son was 3 years old. He just turned 18 and started college this fall. While my husband and child have had health coverage, VA and state, I have not.

I am 52 and have had to muddle through menopause on my own. Menopause is what drove me to researching herbal medicine. I suffered with all the classic symptoms. The hot flashes were horrendous. There had to be something to help and sure enough there was so much at my disposal if I just knew how to use them properly.

I am also or was, I am no longer working, an LPN working mostly with elderly and dementia patients, so with that, my limited medical knowledge I knew what the Dr.s had to offer me is often worse than the symptoms. I am shocked that my travels and research has not lead me to MMS sooner. When I found MMS on youtube I started reading everything I could on MMS and the protocols. I have read so many testimonies along with the failures.

I am now having some worrisome symptoms that I do need to see a Dr for if I can not get them under control through herbs and diet changes. I will be real honest with you, I have not exactly taken care of myself over the years. In January I quit smoking after 22 years. I am also over weight and my diet is full of carbs, sugars and high fructose corn syrup. That is beginning to change. I am also a chocoholic. I have used alcohol in the past but that is not a big issue any longer. Giving up my Godiva chocolate is far harder than giving up smoking!

At any rate I am having heart palpitations, retaining water with some pitting edema in my legs and just bloated all the way around. I also get very lightheaded upon standing. The number on the scales is higher now than any other time in my life.

My husband has also quit smoking he and I have been married 31 years. He has developed COPD. It is he I am most hopeful of MMS. Where I have gained weight he has lost it and he is very skinny and frail for a man at 59. I took a good look at us and knew if we were going to be around to see our Grand Daughter get married and graduate college we HAD to make some lifestyle changes now while we still can.

I ordered my MMS kit from a good source and 8 days ago took the plunge into protocol 1000. I took my 8 hour doses last night (day 8) only I upped the drops to five as I have all week been able to maintain 3 drops with out any other problem, no nausea, no diarrhea. I should have stayed the course... LOL today I am paying for it. I still have no nausea, but cramping set in about 4 hours after my last dose. I was just about to eat a meal. OH my GOSH, I have been in the LOO more often that sitting at my desk to work.

One of the things that plagues me is chronic fatigue. I just have had no energy. I can sleep the day away. I just have been unwell now for about 2 years.

I am today going to let my gut heal from the over exposure then resume protocol in a couple of days and maintain 3 drops an hour. I just do not do pain well and this cramping is more that I can tolerate. I have always been mindful of gastritis because of the pain. I once when visiting Mexico got an amoeba dysentery that had me in hospital for 6 days. That was not fun trust me. Ever since, if the flora gets out of whack for me I am in trouble.

In my defense I had been tolerating MMS I thought I would be more helped with a couple of further drops.... I now understand why I want to do this slower.

My husband is open to trying MMS as he is any useful herb I suggest to him, I just wanted to be on the upswing when we started his protocols. His energy levels are non existing as well. Actually other than spending some reading time in the bathroom and holding my belly I do believe I am feeling better. I will update when this wave of illness is over.

So I am open to any suggestions from the wonderful community. I am blessed to have found you all~
