Martin, I have not had time to read much of his book. That is, the Google Translate English one. Its a rough translation, but still works. And, yes I do end up with one PDF file. No screen shots necessary.

He told me in an email that he was going to look for a company in the US to translate and publish his book in English. Have no idea when that might happen.
