I was wondering if any of you have heard concerns about using mms if you are older and may have plaque in arteries. I heard that taking mms could release this plaque too quickly and cause a serious complication

There has been no problems that I know of in this respect. And, lord knows, someone would be out there screaming about it, if it happened. I think that's just a fear that others have had.

hello Lila 108,
If you have partialy blocked arteries around the heart you have to be careful as i found out.
Read Jim's book The Master mineral Solution ........ on page 92 and 93
Repair the arteries first ( Linus Pauling Therapy) and than go for MMS to keep them clean.
