ciao Pam,
I decided to take MMS AT 2PM TILL 8PM... 3 Drops every hr. I tried to take MMS TONIGHT 4 DROPS BUT THE TASTE IS NOT BAD.. IN HOW MUCH WATER I HAVE TO TAKE? A FULL GLASS CORRECT? MINE MMS DOES'T SMALL AT ALL AND THE TASTE IS NOT SO HORRIBLE.... and nothing happened to me... is it normal???? I decided to take rug my self in the night... an sign from the body that I am killing the herpes virus??? how can I Know if I am doing correctly????? really I want to kill this virus.....

Bush, if you don't smell any chlorine dioxide gas, something may be wrong.

When you mix 3 drops of SC and 3 drops of activator in a dry glass, what color do you see before adding water?

It should be yellow or brown color.

Can you explain what activator are you using? HCL 4% or Citric Acid 50% ? Did you give time for the three drops to react with the three drops of Activator (1 min for HCL and 20 sec for citric acid) then Add the water. If you add the three drops and the Activator to the water. That the incorrect way to do it. For that reason you dont see any smell of the solution.

Hello All.
Just reporting back, as I have promised.
No OB, so far.

I started the CDH making and doing Protocol 1000, beginning of February.
I do the daily 8 doses during the day. I normally start it after breakfast. By the time I get home in the evening the bottle is empty. I do not take it on the weekends. This is my 9th week without any signs, tingling, itching. Feels good.
I have some mouth skin peeling, and bit of throat irritation, but nothing serious.
I eat healthy Paleo diet and lots of good fats. I try to sleep well and enough. I don't have stress anymore.
I plan to follow this for several months more. I will report back monthly, unless I have an OB.

hi,

are 4 days that I am taking mms 3 drops 8 times a day... I fell ok no nausea no vomit no diarrhea.
but something happened.
yesterday I go an outbreak....and I still have.. it is not for that I want to know if it is the normal way process how mms work.
can somebody explain technically what is happening in my body?

is it normal. please consider that usually I do not soffer of outbreak.

The Virus is been kick out of hiding. That the only way you can kill him. Please increase the amount of L-Lysine in your body that way he cant replicate and will be easy for MMS to kill. During the outbreak the amount should be 4 grams or 8 pills per day. Cinnamon Powder in your Outbreak will make them stop and heal quickly.

so, am I doing good?
but I ve increased the drops of MMS ive just took 10 drop, because tot day I didn't get the opportunity to take it at all... I was working ... and unfortunately I didn't follow the 3 drops every hr for 8 hours...
thank you for your help. but now what I ve to aspect? what my body is doing? what my body is doing?

You are not alone in this journey. But you are too early in the process four or five days on MMS protocol is too quick to expect positive result. Probably you have other conditions that you don't know and MMS is taking care of those also. Before I start my Protocol 1000 I was for two week taking 6 drop shot every evening that help detox.
