For what is worth consider the Gerson theraphy as a way of living specialy if you dont know what to eat anymore. A 100 Raw vegan diet is a great detoxifier on itslef along with other advanatges of weight balancing clear head and virtually no illness. I also recomend a liver cleansing Look a the "the amazing Liver and galblader Flush" by Andreas Moritz great book with simple ways of getting rid of liver and galbladder issues.

I am in uk also and have just found out what gator ade is. I thought it was a alligator deterrent,lol. We have very similar backgrounds.i am in Scotland. And have just got my CDs today,last night really as it was left on the back step.
