Hi, I'm new to the MMS. I've wanted to start with 1000+
I have only used protocol 1000+ as a spray on inflammation after a surgery and it works great!

I wanted to start with protocol 1000+ drinking it. I'm just confused when it comes to when to add DSMO and water.
In the instructions for protocol 1000 I have it says:
mix 1 drop MMS1 + 1 drop citric acid - wait 20sec - add water - wait 3min

In the instructions for protocol 1000+ it says to add DMSO after the 20sec but in the "Why MMS doesn't work" it says, that if I do protocol 1000 and want to add DMSO, I have to remember to add DMSO separately to the prepared daily dosage (the 1liter bottle) by pouring over the hourly dosage and adding DMSO. In that case, it would mean adding the DSMO after the water was added...

I am confused. Should I add DMSO before the water or after?

Which way is the correct one?:
1. 1 drop MMS1 + 1 drop citric acid, wait 20sec, add water, wait 3min, add 1 drop DMSO, wait 3min
or
2. 1 drop MMS1 + 1 drop citric acid, wait 20sec, add 1 drop DMSO, wait 3min, add water, wait 3min

If you're doing single doses then #2 is correct. If you're doing an all day liter thing then you add the DMSO as you drink it. Pour your dose in a glass, add DMSO and drink. You shouldn't add it to the full liter

Thank you.

I do the Fast track as I'have used MMS1 before but not as a protocol. I think it was more of 6 and 6.

I've been using spray version with DMSO for som pain in the low back, back and shoulders and I use it for my face as well.
And on my knee: I was operated 3 weeks ago and I'm using it for the inflammation and for the healing of the vund

Face: With DMSO I felt burning on my face so I stopped using it and I've decided to start the clay protocol first. However, when I tapped in only MMS1 and only on certain parts of my face there was no burning or itching.

Back: With DMSO: At the beginning there was no sensation of anything but now I feel itching.
Knee: no burning or itching whatsoever.

Is it DMSO that causes the itching? Why the difference with the knee?

Update: so when I use only the MMS1 spray it's ok on the face, back and the knee. When I additionally spray with DMSO the face burns, the back itches and the knee feel a bit warm just after spraying it but that disappears right away.

What does it mean?

DMSO full strength is okay with ingested doses, but not for topical use. It will be too strong and can 'burn' skin.

I suggest that you dilute DMSO for topical use to at least 70% and maybe 50%.

Thank you. Yes, I've read the part about protocol 3000 for kids and I started dilute it. Turned out my skin is sensitive :D

I must say it's amazing with MMS1 on the face. I don't feel this pulling that I'd normally feel without a cream. I have used it for a week now and I haven't touched my creams.

Thank you for that information.

I'd take one drop and use in some water and spray once a day. I could use more water and do it maybe once a week or every second week.

How about using MMS1 daily on the face? (10 drops MMS1 in 30ml).

Personally I would use CDS and not MMS1 on my face. CDS is only chlorine dioxide (CLO2) in water. MMS1 when activated for 30 seconds contains 10% of available CLO2. Stomach acid may release the other 90%.

When spraying MMS1 topically, you will have a little CLO2 and also residual SCS and some acid.

Is MMS1 and CDS two different things? In Jim's book he writes:
"MMS1: Also referred to as activated MMS . (Note the added “1” to MMS.) It is MMS (sodium chlorite) plus an activator (food acid). When the two are mixed together they produce MMS1 (chlorine dioxide [ClO 2 ])." According to this CDS is MMS1.
