Obviously this has to be an IM/intramuscular injection. appears to be safe. I am doing daily injection with testosterone, so I don't see much harm trying some DMSO any thoughts? i tried it last night. injected 0.5ml divided in half (where 0.3 DMSO + 0.2 WATER) with a 29g syringe in upper buttock both sides.
no burning, slight warming sensation. too early to tell if any result for sciatica, but i felt my back pressure (felt in upper buttocks) decreased somewhat.
I will keep injecting, bumping dose, maintaining 70/30 rule. i think the guy in the link got burning sensation because he did not dilute it.

i injected again last night. 99.997% DMSO, I pulled 0.5ML into a syringe, and then another 0.4ML of water. gave a total of 0.9
i injected half in each upper buttock (area where your typical IM injections would go)
very slight burning/pain which lasted 1 minute.
I have barely any sciatic pain today. i can not tell you that it is 100% due to dmso, but most likely a factor.
i also have been applying dmso gel topically + doing PT and others
