Hi all, I have extensor longus tendinitis in my right foot and am wondering if anyone has had luck with DMSO and healing it.

That would be inflammation and DMSO is famous for relieving inflammation.

Hi, I have a Tendinitis on the Posterior Tibial Tendon, I started taking MMS 3 days ago, is it better to combine it with DMSO ?

Hi Tim, I did not drink it, I just used DMSO on the tendon straight. Unsure in the end if that was even what it was!

I did straight DMSO, forget percentage rate. It didn't bother me. You can also get DMSO mixed with frankincense which is anti-inflammatory

DMSO may be diluted with water when you buy it. The label may not tell you that.
There are two % numbers used with DMSO. One is the purity and the other is dilution with water %.
DMSO freezes at 65F. At that temperature and lower, but not down to 32F, if there is any liquid in your bottle of DMSO that is not frozen, then that liquid is water.
