Thus far I have worked up to 3 drops MMS with 15 drops of apple cider vinegar 8 times/day. But now I'm reading I have to use HCL or citric acid? I haven't felt any symptoms so assume it hasn't been activated correctly?? I assume I have to start again. Also I'm heavier than 100 pounds so do I have to keep adding drops to get to the proper amount for my weight or is that just for cases of cancer and such??
Now I want to use DMSO after MMS is rubbed on lower stomach area. What kind of MMS is used for this?
Would it be better to do douches? I've never done one before so nervous.
It is very complicated when starting, although I have read online for 2 weeks. I'm more confused now than before.

You don't HAVE to use HCl. we do have some research that shows that HCl activates MMS a bit better, but regardless the MMS will still continue to activate in your stomach or digestive system, even if you use the lemon, lime or vinegar (i.e., 10% citric acid).

Traditional protocol 1000 is for 3 drops an hour, you would not increase unless you were working on something that was life threatening.

Rubbing on lower stomach - I'd use regular MMS activated with citric acid. Then I'd use the DMSO on top of it.

Douches are very simple.
