MMS can certainly help with the problems you mention. The pain seems like the first main issue. Jim has had excellent results with sciatica pain. Here is what he says in one of his lecture transcripts:
(The students continued asking Jim questions.)
Q: What about sciatic nerve pain?
A: Hourly drops, 10 each time. When you give the first dose, the pain will get stronger at first, then it will go away. I have treated over sixty cases and this was the result each time. Within 4 days, there was no more sciatic condition. That was the old protocol, though. Now, you can do the protocol 1000 of 3 drops hourly.
Q: So that will work with any nerve disorder?
A: Yes, that will work.
Usually sciatic pain is caused by the area being weak and the pathogens then come in to take over because the area is weak. The pathogens are what causes the pain.
I have another person I have been corresponding with privately who found great relief of pain by going on hourly mms1 dosing and bringing the doses up as high as possible, and they reached 6-7 drops/hr. So if 3 drops/hr does not do it, then go up.
In another place Jim says to do a 6 x 6 (6 drops now then 6 again in 1 hr) if you are having pain, then continue hourly if needed. If I was you and in pain and I thought I could handle a 10 drop dose I would take it, or if I thought that would be too much then try a 6 drop dose, or if still too much then go with 3 drop doses hourly as long as you are pain. You can work up to higher doses if it might help.
The DMSO is a great pain reliever too. You can try just rubbing the 90% that you bought directly over painful areas, just using your hand. IF you get skin irritation, then take some of the DMSO and add more water to it till you get a 70% dmso to 30% water mix. This is supposed to be very skin safe.
Let us know how it goes and once the pain is under control then you can work on the other issues.
Healing wishes,
Michael

It is good to see someone else helped w/ MMS for sciatica. I have never been able to go more than 2 drops in the past. I started taking it again a week ago, and today I finally made it to 2 drops. I usually get very sick. I am very afraid to go more because of the violent vomiting. I will post again soon with results. Again, thank you.

Also, MMS2 should work for pain if it is pathogen related. Probably just have not developed much experience with it. I like MMS2 more than MMS1 because I get nausea at three drops with the mms1. Often I can take a full dose of MMS2. Have you tried the MMS2?

To take mms2 it is easiest to buy some pool shock and make your own with size 0 capsules. Or you can take it in water like I describe here genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=28&id=1906&Itemid=66 .
Here are some places to buy 2:
www.mineral-solutions.net/mms2 mms2
futurehealthtoday.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=54 mms2
You can also make your own mms2 if you buy some cheap calcium hypochlorite pool shock ($5) like this from Leslies Pool Supply, a national chain, www.lesliespool.com/browse/Home/Pool-Chemicals/Pool-Shock/Power-Powder-Weekly-Shock/D/30100/P/1:100:1000:100010/I/14620 and some empty size 0 capsules, or just use it in water like I show above. If you are starting with small doses, then putting it in water will be even easier.

I want to suggest that you click the Healing Methodoliges link to the left and go over the MMS fundamentals posted under the Effective Uses of Sacraments link. I definitely agree with Michael that you'll want to address the severe pain first. But for more lasting relief you'll want to get as much MMS into your body as you can so you can start to get what sounds like a large amount of pathogens out of your system, you may even wan't to go on Protocol 2000 and incorporate MMS2 once you can tolerate MMS1 a bit more. Remember its VERY important to go slow with these, your extreme vomiting is likely a sign of heavy pathogen build up in your system. And if you've never been able to get past 2 drops its quite possible that the MMS hasn't had the opportunity to make a noticeable impact on the pathogen level in your body. Be as patient as you can, and stick with it, it won't be a walk in the park, but with perseverance I believe that you will get better.
As for the DMSO... its definitely great for pain as well as for getting the MMS into the body transdermally, you could try using this to get more mms1 into your system if the oral dosages are giving you trouble... whatever you do, don't give up. Scale down the drops if you have to, but by all means don't STOP if at all possible. Also with DMSO its important to clean the application area well so the DMSO doesnt carry other chemicals into your body. You'll want to rotate between application areas, left arm, right arm, left leg etc, applying as often as every 2hrs for pain relief. DMSO is relatively safe and has many other benefits of its own.
Hope this Helps
