Help with making CDS 3000 ppm

One difference between the three is the amount of CLO2 in each externally, before ingestion.
MMS1 "activated" for 30 seconds releases about 10% of the available CLO2 in MMS and the rest should be released in stomach acid.
CDH "activated" overnight releases about 50% of the available CLO2 in MMS and the rest should be released in stomach acid.
CDS is 100% CLO2 externally and there is no further activation in stomach acid because CDS does not contain any MMS.
CDS is excellent for topical use especially when DMSO is also used.
One MMS sacrament may be better for a particular use than the others. You can try all of them if you like.

My first choice for topical use would be CDS, then CDH and lastly MMS1, because of the higher amount of CLO2 available externally. Internally, MMS1 is probably the best, CDH next, then CDS.
I suggest you read Jim Humble's latest book and follow the Health Recovery Plan (HRP) beginning with the Starting Procedure. You will find more than one protocol for topical use. However, the book only uses MMS1 and not CDS or CDH, which is unfortunate in my opinion. There are ways to use CDS and CDH with most of the protocols listed in the book.
If you are making MMS1, and I think you are, the solution is normally made and used for each dose. In the past, a daily bottle was made up and would last all day. It is said that MMS1 doses made and consumed within about one minute result in better health restoration. If you use CDS or CDH, the one minute rule would not apply because they are pre-made SCSs.
Are you using 50% citric acid or 4% HCL MMS activator?

I do not suggest taking supplements except one hour after your last MMS1 dose of the day, because if you take them before starting MMS1 for the day, they may be in your blood for hours. If they are, then CLO2 in MMS1 will be reduced and you might as well not take MMS1 at all.
Yes, you can make CDS with the same two ingredients you use to make MMS1. Use the overnight method, a safe way to make CDS. I don't have a link for you on making CDS using that method, and I have not had time to make a video to post to my YouTube channel. It's on my list of things to do!

That article on how-to-make 3000 ppm CDS only applies if you have 4% HCL. If you have 50% citric acid or 10% HCL, double infusion is not necessary. And if about 2500 ppm CDS is adequate, then a single infusion using 4% HCL will get that CLO2 concentration. Note that using a larger quantity of 4% HCL will result in less ppm! See attachment.
If you use a different set of containers, your CDS CLO2 concentration (ppm) will likely be different.
I still need to make a short how-to video!
