Are you saying 4ml of 3000ppm CDS in 4oz of water every 15 minutes for HIV?AIDS?

I didn't say that.
Everyone modifies their intake depending on tolerance.
That's what we have used for serious issues, like cancer.
And the "Every 15 minutes" is only done for no longer than 2 hours, per day.
After that, the usual single dose per hour.
