First, I would recommend you start without anything - and don't start with 3 drops an hour. Start much slower and ramp up. If you find that you have an issue with taste, then consider changing the activator or doing CDS.

Then - if you still need some assistance, I'd go back and see what is currently being recommended. In one of her recent videos, Michelle Heaton stated that in her stay at the Bulgaria center, they used a drink which contained Aloe.

Jim Humble has even suggested using a little soda pop (which food purists will shudder at) - such as pepsi or gingerale.

Work it in as best you can. Try to leave 15 to 30 minutes between food and dosing.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
