I have uploaded a simple calculator that allows you to work out how much of the solutions you need to produce a certain amount and concentration of CDH. Insert the amount of total solution and concentration of CDH wanted, put the concentration of the stock solutions that you will use and it will tell you how much water, sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid you need.

You will need to sign in with an iCloud account but if you don't have one already, it is easy to set up and is free.

Let me know if this would be helpful in a different format.
There is also a CDS calculator and a recipe checker that will tell you how much ClO₂ is produced by a certain amount of NaClO₂ and HCl along with the concentrations of CDH/MMS1 or CDS and percentage activation.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
