brendan Offline New Member Posts: 8 Thank you received: 3	the OP mentions citric acid. But that's not my point. I'm not changing the recipe at all just simplifying the method a little for the same result. Just means bunging in the naclo dry instead of making a separate naclo solution which seems a redundant step. I know its a fairly trivial streamlining but its what i do and it works well, just thought i would share it with you, might save you 2 mins!

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
