I have taken it internally before with no problems at all. Follow instructions on that site and you should have no problems either. I have also had it in tonic and tablet form. Ingredients for it vary so it's always good to research unknowns. Anyone living in Australia I can help direct to a retailer happy to post it to you.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
