Burbankbuddy,
Yes !! .. Exactly ...
I take it 2x's a day ..... 1 rounded teaspoon full at night in room temp water .... let it sit for 10 min, (to expand) then drink.
... and one in the morning upon rising.... (drink LOTS of water though ... or you will get constipated !!)
Morning and night are great.

Also, you can mix the bentonite clay with psyllium seed, and you won't get constipated at all that way. I wouldn't do that too often because the psyllium can be a bit rough on the intestines, but I have usually done it for a week once or twice a year for the last 5 years or so.
Including while pregnant and breastfeeding. Perfectly safe.
From my understanding (no scientific evidence to back this up), candida lives in the mucus in the intestines. Anybody needing to get rid of candida, psyllium and bentonite clay can really be a good boost in the right direction. Anybody who has ever taken the two can tell you, you will definitely get some mucus out.

Katherine,
Would you share your recipe for mixing the bentonite with psyllium seed? Overall protocol?
Thanks,
Chloe

I googled bentonite clay with psyllium seed and there were several good sites to check out. I put a couple links below for you.

Hope that helps.

Hi
I have ordered some bentonite from a supplier in UK but they dont recommend it taken internally as no controls over its cleanliness etc. Do we just take it anyway?
Cheers

Go to the links that Rex posted above. You will learn much. These are good people. Be careful of other clays internally. You must do your homework on the clay you purchased as to it's safety.
