Can you have coffee or milk or any of the "forbidden" in between CDS doses?
Absolutely NOT !!! Those are both strong antioxidants and will render CLO2 useless. Coffee stays active in a human body for 12 hours. See attached PDF file.

You can have them but 2 hours from taking a dose. So I would have my coffee two hours before I would start my 8 hour protocol and two hours after my last dose.
No, you can't have coffee 2 hours before dosing. You take it 1 hour after dosing.

Are you allowed kombucha during dosing hours?
kombucha is an antioxidant and will reduce or eliminate the effectiveness of CLO2. Please read the attached PDF file.

No, that is not correct. Coffee stays effective in your body for 12 hours, so waiting 2 hours to start dosing CLO2 does not work, obviously.

The answer to your question is in Jim's book. I have used his idea in the attached PDF file. When taking CD every hour for 8 hrs, I understand we should eat 30-60 min apart from CD. So how is it possible to eat in those 8 hours? I'm too thin and active to fast for 8 hours while I take my 8 CD doses. Would love to hear how people manage this.

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
