Hi,

I have a number of autoimmune conditions I've been dealing with since I was a teen, I'm now 30, so over half my life I've been struggling. I've adopted an incredibly clean diet the last ten years and continue to adjust it along the way. I really feel like it has been a huge help. I take plenty of vitamins, all natural herbal remedies, etc.

The one condition that I continue to suffer with is Lichen Planus. This not only causes huge welts that come up on my torso or between my hips and leaves temporary skin discoloration but the worst part is it is it affects mucosa area of skin, meaning my mouth and intimate area, causing ulcers. This is not a super well known disease but the gynecologists and doctors typically tell sufferers there's no cure and it is progressive and will continue to destroy the tissue in those areas. The only thing they will give you is clobetasol/high dose corticosteroids that you are to use for life, that in itself thins out the skin, so it is a catch 22.

I have been extremely down lately resigning myself to the fact I will forever suffer from this and it will continue wrecking havoc on my body then I remembered I tried MMS a few years back. The biggest symptom I have, besides damage to my skin, is scarring on my urethra from inflammation that causes a ton of pain everytime I have to use the restroom. I vividly remember throwing everything at it a few years ago including a very brief stint with MMS. MMS was the ONLY thing I ever used that resolved the pain. It did cause an initial flare of welts on my stomach that shortly dissipated. I really think, though, that this may be the key.

Apologize for the long backstory but this is severely impacting my life and doctors give no hope to sufferers so I wanted to convey that.

My question is: what is the protocol you would recommend? This would likely be something I would need to stay on for life as it is progressive so if it keeps it at bay it would have to be part of my daily routine; so I don't know if that impacts the dosage you would recommend.

Thank you so much in advance for anyone that answers and Happy Holidays to all!!!
