"Everyone's different" and all that, BUT, IMO, if a vegan diet, and especially
if "eating too much vegetables and/or fruits" makes you 'sick', then you are
most probably in a VERY toxic state, because that kind of eating SHOULD
make you feel better and help get better, in and of itself, NOT make you worse off.
So something "not good" is most likely going on with you internally.
And my suspect is usually toxicity of one or more forms.
Even just using "age old knowledge", when someone is sick, especially with
stomach issues, you don't start feeding them a bunch of animal flesh,
you feed them lighter on the food spectrum, which is always plant-based.
Although that CAN depend on the underlying issue(s), of course.
In Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook", he says you don't
HAVE to get to three drops before you start using DMSO. You do as many
drops as you can, and after 3 weeks, you start using DMSO.
Unless it causes you to have an Herxheimer Reaction, which COULD be
what you are currently experiencing, it would be okay. And help with
inflammation and "go deeper" with the ClO2, helping Detox and get to
a more natural, healthy state.
If the ClO2 is disagreeing with you, that could either be "simple" Herxing,
or it could be because you have a Mold/Fungus issue, which is negatively
interacting with the ClO2, and that needs to be addressed first.
(there are certain molds/fungi that ClO2 can't get rid of and deal with)
But you won't know until you try it.

The Bentonite Clay Protocol is a really good Detox in and of itself, as well.
And there are some other things that might help with Gastrointestinal issues,
like Activated Charcoal. (there are many, many types and forms of detoxification
substances, methodologies, and treatments --- ClO2 is just probably the best)
You don't HAVE to take DMSO WITH the MMS/CDS.
You can take it by itself, even during "off dosing times", like one half hour
in between the MMS/CDS dose, and before and after the Dosing Period.
I do that occasionally when it seems like I am experiencing inflammation,
and when my back hurts. It usually works very well.
There are some good books out there about using DMSO itself for healing,
like "Healing With DMSO", "DMSO: Nature's Healer", etc.
Just keep Working the Problem. "Easy Days".
Once you figure it out, or just keep persevering, you will most likely
achieve Health Restoration. Unfortunately, sometimes it does take time.
And a little "Self-Experimentation", and Body Awareness, along with reading,
study, thinking, problem solving, analysis, sometimes Creativity, etc.
This is all stuff I have had to deal with over time to start bettering my health.
