That is where Boron comes from.
We used to get it in our food, but with the chemicals spraying on our farms in the entire of North America  since the 1940's it hasn't been in our soils.

Here is a good video on it  --  It say oral health but this doctor talks about it for bone health--- watch the first  25 minutes, but its worth watching it all.

Just once a day. You can increase the amount slowly over time if you like.

what does borax do?

Borax is reducing arthritis pain in my left hand. At the moment I add 1/4 tsp to 60ml of hot water to dissolve it into solution, let it cool and ingest. I do that twice a day.

I also use it in a washing machine soap recipe. Versatile stuff. Attached is a PDF file about borax.

We drink a lot of MSM water with our MMS and also with our other supplements.  We dissolve 7 Tbsp of MSM into 1 Liter of purified water and use that a gulp or 2 at a time.  I have tested it vs. distilled water, and it doesn't consume the ClO2 residual.  We have been doing that ever since I found this article on cancer prevention.  I have been an avid MSM user for many years and was excited to find a documented synergy between it and ClO2.

Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM) / CD - Alternative Cancer Treatment

The other thing that we use a lot is Kombucha, but the anti-oxidants from the tea would probably interfere during your dosing, so I would recommend it only after your doses are complete for the day.  We make sure and use it with or after dinner when we are on the protocols to reseed our good gut bacteria.

Hi,
Some questions about Borax.

I mixed up 1 tsp into 1 litre and  have been taking a small amount - to slowly increase to avoid the Herk reactions.
When I first mixed it, it was clear then it became foggy, and now there is sediment on the bottom of the jar.
I used room temperature water to mix it.

The questions:
Do you use room temp distilled water to mix it? Or should I heat  the water up?
Did I not mix it right? not enough?  because I ended up with sediment on the bottom?
Is there another reason to get the sediment?
Do you store this at room temp?  or put it in the fridge?

THANKS !

I keep my borax mix in the fridge and I shake it before I use it.

I mix a tsp in a cup up water and let it sit for a few hours, sometimes overnight. Never any sediment
