Hello all!
So happy to have found this forum, crazy that I had to create a new email account as Gmail wouldn't allow the verification link to come through- thanks for suggesting creating a new email address with Proton ( I have been wanting a second email address anyway).
In any case, I just ordered and received my 16oz bottle of CDS (made properly according to the latest Humble advice by Wonderfully Made) and am anxious to begin my protocol.
While I have read/studied quite a bit, I still hope to get a few questions answered from the experienced/learned ones on this forum before I start.
For example:
1. Is it advised to use a glass water bottle or glass mason jar to mix up your daily full day's dose of 8ml CDS to 32 ounces of distilled water which one would then mark with a sharpie to make sure you are taking your proper 1/8th dose every hour during an 8-hr period?
-If I use one of my 32oz Mason jars, is it ok if the canning lid I would use to seal it, has the rubber ring touching my solution?
-I do have a 32oz glass water bottle but it has a plastic lid, wondering if that would be an issue if touching my solution as well.
2. I assume it is essential to mix your CDS dose into distilled water yes?
I ask because I gather and drink water from a local spring that is known locally to be very pure but is not tested by the county or state and I have yet to receive my own test kit to find out exactly how pure it is. I am sure, due to the constant spraying of our skies, and all the "coincidental" train derailments near major town water supplies, that most water sources are tainted, but me and lots of locals have been using this spring as an alternative to the extremely toxic tap/city water for a very long time and no issues- thus I have assumed it is much preferable over known toxic city/county/state water supplies. In fact, city officials just shut down and discontinued the usage of all tap water sources at a middle school near me in Bangor, Maine when the testing results showed a massive heavy metal toxic load and was making the students sick. I imagine this is everywhere, but it is only because this particular school had an intelligent and informed person lead the charge to get their water tested that the issue was highlighted and addressed.
-Now that I have my CDS, I could put into my spring water to purify it right?
-What amount of ML of CDS would I need to add to my 3 gallon water jug?
-What amount of ML of CDS would I need to add to my 1 gallon water jugs?
I have also seen the advice as to diet while on the protocol, eg: no coffee, alcohol, sugar, anti-oxidants, stay away from grains, and discontinuation of all supplements other than probiotics. But I have yet to find a daily dietary guide that would be of upmost benefit while on the protocol.
3. Does anyone have a recommended 3-4 week dietary plan with advisable times throughout the day that they could steer me to?
-Can I eat brown rice for instance?
-Can I have my beloved smoothies which contain organic berries, almond milk and chocolate protein powder (which has a very small amount of cane sugar and contains no soy)?
-I read somewhere to stay away from coconut milk while on the protocol, thus why I ask about using almond milk, as I do like to use coconut milk in my smoothies sometimes.
I have read that I could do my protocol starting at 3pm and going till 10pm- that way I could have my coffee in the morning and just make sure I haven't consumed any coffee or juice or anti-oxidant foods etc. after 1pm.
I am thinking I will follow the Andreas Slacker "Protocol B", as outlined below:AS BASIC (EQUIVALENT TO OLD PROTOCOL 1000 by Jim Humble)Usually it begins with a low dose of 6 daily activated drops, adding them to a bottle of 1 to 1,5 liters of water, during the first 3 days; then the dose is increased to about 12 activated drops, adding them to a bottle of 1 to 1,5 liters of water, during the next 4 days; then up to 18 drops daily, adding them to a bottle of 1 to 1,5 liters of water, for 7 days, and finally up to 24 drops, adding them to a bottle of 1 to 1,5 liters of water, for a period of 7 days more.
The daily dose should always be taken throughout the day, divided into 8 to 12 parts (marks can be made on the bottle). It is advisable to activate the corresponding daily dose every morning, and add it to a bottle of 1 to 1,5 liters of water and drink a little every hour, during the rest of the treatment, whose standard duration is three weeks, or the necessary time treatment, until you feel recovered. If nausea is experienced, the dose will be reduced to the previous level.
6 drops 3 days in a bottle of 1 to 1,5 liters of water.
12 drops 4 days in a bottle of 1 to 1,5 liters of water.
18 drops 7 days in a bottle of 1 to 1,5 liters of water.
24 drops 7 days in a bottle of 1 to 1,5 liters of water. The sicker a person is, the slower the increase in dose has to be.One activated drop of sodium chlorite with the acid is equivalent to approximately 1 ml of CDS
Thank you kindly to anyone who has read through this inquiry and can offer me some experienced insights and answers to my questions!
Cheers,
