The Reason Why The U.S.A Is In A DIS-EASED STATE Part 1 (Background of the Founding of America)
America was founded by believers that wanted to live in a country that was free and had liberty to worship God as they so choose. You know the saying about America being "The land of the free and the home of the brave." To have freedom one has to be brave to stand and fight for truth that can bring freedom that God gives every man. True freedom only comes to a people or individual that knows real truth that "makes" one free. Jesus said in John 8:32, "And ye shall know the truth and the Truth shall make you free". Many people today misquote that verse by inserting the word "set" for the word "make" that changes the meaning completely. If I am "set free" I can be captured again and put back into bondage; but if I am "made free" I am free forever! Jesus said it this way, in John 8:36 "If the Son shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed".
The brave early settlers of America that came from England, that had a tyrannical government, put their lives at stake to travel to this new continent called America seeking freedom. They were not only seeking freedom from tyranny but more importantly freedom spiritually. This freedom is the freedom to live for God and serve Him as the scriptures dictated "with all their hearts, minds and souls", and not "granted to them" by any human government. You can see that in the document called "The Mayflower Compact" written on November 11th 1620. This small group of "Pilgrims" pledged themselves in the name of God and for the Glory of God to advance the Christian Faith. These Pilgrims came from Europe where there were religious wars between the Protestants and the Catholics that ended in bloodshed and repression. They came to America with the intention of promoting "Protestantism"and so objected to the other expressions of religious faith. You can still see laws on the books today in Massachusetts where it was unlawful to be a Catholic, believe it or not. Why? In the past these Pilgrims knew and lived under the ungodly hand of the Vatican's influence that forced people under penalty of death to serve and agree to the Catholic Church's unbiblical beliefs.
Note: I am not saying that anyone that is a Catholic cannot be a Christian. To be a Christian means to accept the Gospel, The Gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. If a person accepts what Christ did for them and that His blood was shed for them, then all their sins are forgiven in Christ and they are born again Spiritually. That is the Biblical definition of a Christian. So anyone in any religion or not can be born again spiritually and become saved and be called a "Christian". See John Chapter 3, Romans chapter 10, I Corinthians 15: 1-4
The Pilgrims saw king Henry the VIII's daughter Mary called "Bloody Mary" butcher true believers that would not bow down to the Pope and the Roman Catholic's heretical beliefs. The reign of terror of the Spanish Inquisition is very solid evidence of what spiritual oppression is capable of doing to nations. 60 million+ true believers(Christians) were brutally killed by the Roman Catholic church during their "Inquisition". The Pilgrims wanted to establish a nation that was based on God's Word only and His truth. This is the only way to be truly free in this world. Thanks to Roger Williams and others like him, freedom of religion eventually came to mean that American Citizens had a genuine freedom to believe or not believe; to accept any religion or none at all. Later, when the Declaration of Independence and subsequently the Constitution were written, our founding fathers emphasized that freedom was rooted in faith in God. Look at what Benjamin Franklin wrote, "I have lived, a long time, and the longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this Truth---- That God governs in the affairs of men.
And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without His aid?
We have been assured, sir, in the sacred Writings, 'that except the LORD build the house, they labor in vain that build it'.
I firmly believe this; and I also believe that without His concurring aid we shall not succeed in this political building no better than the builder of Babel."
Today there is a debate as to how Christian the founding fathers were, but research has shown that most were Christians, and a few were deists. But whether they were individually Christian or not, there was a general consensus of Theism, the belief that God existed. This new republic was based upon this foundation. This understanding profoundly affected their view of law. Since man was responsible to his Creator, there were absolute standards by which moral judgements could be measured. Are the court systems we have today continuing this standard in their judgements? My sons and I are experiencing the exact opposite in regard to the charges or should I say "false accusations" being brought against us in the form of a "conspiracy charge" without evidence. See how far we have come? In 1644, Samuel Rutherford's book "The Law and the Prince" was an attack against the so called divine right of kings and insisted that even kings, those governing, should also be subject to the Law. Also William Blackstone, a 18th century jurist and law professor, influenced greatly American understanding of the need of the Bibles truth in law. He taught and wrote that law should be consistent with Gods revelation, His Word, due to the fact that He is the Omnipotent Creator that governs the affairs of men. He also wrote that no law should be passed that would be contrary to the Law of God.
The Declaration of Independence states, "That all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights". "Unalienable" rights were considered absolute rights that stemmed from mans creation by God! As a result, man is accountable to an authority higher then man. My sons and I believe that whole-heartedly and are standing on that belief. All men, including the Department of Justice, must recognize that they are under the Law of God PERIOD! and all decisions of any court must never be contrary to His laws. If any laws are contrary to Gods laws they should not be obeyed. By obeying them we are disobeying Gods laws. Any decision given by any judge or magistrate that is contrary to the Word of God is not only immoral but repugnant to the Constitution. The First Amendment clearly states that Congress, the ones that make laws, cannot make "any law" contrary to any religion, the practice of any religion or hinder the freedom of speech. The Department of Justice is guilty violating the First Amendment rights completely of us as men and our Church, The Genesis II Church. This is the foundation of our country that has been hidden by the media and schools the last 50-60 years. The media does more than effect public opinion: in fact, "it alters the conscience and worldwide of entire generations", says Whitehead in his book, Religious Apartheid, Page 22.
Next week I'd like to write more about the history of our country and what we can do to expose what is unlawfully happening to my sons and I. Our case is just a small reflection of the DIS-EASED STATE in America at this time. I'd like to also write about those who I believe are responsible for the condition we find our government in today. Hint: The lukewarm Christians!
